As you may know I have been to the track 3 times, and each time it was closed for some BS reason. Today was my fourth time. Finally get the car ready for a high 14 pass (hopefully). The car has RX7 wheels on the front. 16x8 + grippy tires + lsd + solid motor mount = snapped axel. I smoked the tires to heat them up, went to launch and the car went no where, just revved. SO embarrassing.

I noticed about 2 months ago the boot on the left axel was completely torn and the greese starting to fling around and mix with mud\dirt. Before i got to the track i felt very slight vibrations when the car was turned to the right at about 80mph. I had no idea my axel was about to go. Just the other day i was practicing my launch, the car takes off like a bat out of hell.

Anybody got a new or slightly used driver side axel (non ABS)??

I have a good one. I am not sure of the milage, but it was in good condition when it was removed from my car. Make me an offer. I also have the passenger side axle as well.

I don't think they're too expensive from the parts store, but I could be wrong. I get the hook up on parts store parts, so I'm not sure how much they actually cost. If you know a dealer/shop owner, I think they can get them for like $15 or something new. How do you like the AMI LSD? I may be getting one in the next few weeks and was wondering how it does. Did you send it to them for assembly?

Lets just say this... I'm over 100whp and soon to cross 200whp. Thanx 2GNT! Now if I could only learn to prove it.
