see the advanced section for the screamer engine....this should get you started. and there is a WHOLE lot more than intake and exhaust as far as performance goes...i suggest alot of searching and reading

this is a pretty blatant kn0ob question,
you will have to perform some head mods to support 8K+ and before you add power like that there are others things to consider though, like a turbo, cams, and headwork

Yeah on a stock engine, it would be usuless.
You'd have to build the whole motor, top and bottom. work over the head and intake, get a good exhaust setup. Slap some cams in, a bigger TB. Oh yeah and a stand alone fuel management system.
