What would i have to do to a new stock 420a to be able to safely run it up to 9000 rpm without damnaging internal components.

what's the use when are powerband is at maximum around 6500rpm. There's never a need to redline our cars. Buy a Honda if you want to.

so you wouldnt get anymore power from it ?
what all can i do to get power to a stock engine besides intake and exhaust i already did that. without turbo.

see the advanced section for the screamer engine....this should get you started. and there is a WHOLE lot more than intake and exhaust as far as performance goes...i suggest alot of searching and reading

this is a pretty blatant kn0ob question,

you will have to perform some head mods to support 8K+ and before you add power like that there are others things to consider though, like a turbo, cams, and headwork

anyway use the advanced search for some answers and check Things We've Seen Before Section

Yeah on a stock engine, it would be usuless.

You'd have to build the whole motor, top and bottom. work over the head and intake, get a good exhaust setup. Slap some cams in, a bigger TB. Oh yeah and a stand alone fuel management system.
