Mine has gone bad again. Who has removed it? Also have you had any problems running with out it? I am thinking about ditching it rather than replacing it.

best time so far 14.3 @ 101.1mph(no traction)
fastest 2GNT with a hitch! until proven wrong...

are you talking about the timing idler pully? or maybe the ac/pc pully?

Well I know you obviously cannot remove the timing belt tensioner. The Idler pulley on the acc belt. I will probably end up replacing the bearing but I just wanted to see what other people have done.

timing does have an idler and a tensioner pully ya know?

i couldnt see why not. i cant even change mine cause its rusted. so i use the ps to do any tension on the belt.
