#72518, "Headgasket Kit"

Ok i picked up a 97 RS and the wonderful headgasket is leaking. I have read in the past some guys claiming to get their HG kit from the dealer or somewhere for 60.00. I cant seem to find the post for the life of me and i have searched. the best rpice i can fine is 130.00 through concelli or 80.00 for the apex kit from ebay. After the last apex kit i put on my talon.....i will not go that route!

well napa's are independantly owned, so maybe that is why. I know that if I go to the Giles County Napa (10 minutes away) I can pay 26.00 for the mls hg, if I go to the Christiansburg Napa, I pay 48.00 for it.. so that's my guess.

Ok guys i am heading out now to pick up my headgasket kit from the dealer for 94.00. I used the shop i worked for to get the kit at wholesale price. Thats what deal Bob Kise gives us..whole sale price or what the mechanic at a private shop would pay. If anyone needs one in IL I can help you out so you dont have to pay shipping from Kise if you dont want to.

Thanks For your Help guys

Terry
