what are the torque specifications on the bedplate to the block? i cant find them anywhere...my manual doesnt say crap about it and neither does that ecanfix manual cd thing...anyone?? thanks

20ft lbs on the outer smaller bolts.

and 55ftlbs on the inner (larger) bolts. I just did it last night is the only reason I remember.

Do you have the torquing pattern (which to put in what order)? That's important too, but I'd rather not describe it unless you need it.

thanks guys...i do have the order they go in... when i loaded that ecanfix manual, it kept on freezing my computer, thats why i couldnt get them...thanks again

i bought the big bottle of this stuff...its blue and cost 13$...does that sound right? the little bottle looked red, just wanted to double check that i got the right stuff...and for the person that said he just did this yesterday....how much did you put on, and special way? thanks

blue stuff for what? bedplate to block sealant? Mine was a cherry red color. It's an anaerobic sealant from chrysler. mopar p/n 4318083.

There is a certain line for the sealant specified in the manual too.

you can get it at napa. its a big blue tube but the sealant is a translucent red color.

yeah...the bottle was blue...i just opened it today, it was the red stuff.... too bad i need some oversized bearings or it would be put together already....thanks
