If i am only goin to need to replace my waterpump....is it necessary to take off the cams, belts, idler, pulleys ect???? or could i juss take off the bottom cam cover and take the pump out??? my belts and tensioners are fine....i think its juss my water pump that went out.... replaced belt, pulleys, tensioer belt AND WATER PUMP about 400 miles ago... waterpump went bad again im guessing.....

Well since the water pump is driven by the timing belt, you will need to do everything that involves a timing belt job. Got to take off the side motor mount plate, timing cover, loosen the tensioner, take off belt(or set to the side enough to get the pump out), and its been a while, but i believe the water pump bolts are behind the rear part of the timing cover, so you will need to remove the cam gears also...Have fun..
