I know this is probubly a stupid question and all, so sue me. I searched and found absolutly nothing.
Will a stock fuel rail on a 4g63 fit the 420a without any modifications?

ha, you really want me to scream nOOb right? Honestly i dont think anything from that motor will work on ours, although i dont have actual proof im going to have to say no.

Nope. The mitsu rail spaces the injectors closer together, plus the injector tops are a little bit smaller.

You can use the exhaust manifold studs...that's all I'm pretty sure.
