See title... Basically I started my car up this morning, I hear a tapping sound.... Just one little click, sounds a LOT like an engine cooling down/metals returning to their original sizes... Only its just ONE of these clicks... and it happens at 20-30 second intervals... Sounds external, not like my usual chattering during cold starts... I heard it again when I left work an hour ago...
Only things to note I guess... Forged bottom end... EGR solenoid is noisy as all hell... Could it be acting up/on its last leg? New resonator installed about 200 miles ago... No CEL's

Could be... It's faint enough that I wouldnt hear it if it were from the other side...Is that the kind of thing you'd swap out with a clutch? Cuz I have been meaning to get something more aggressive...

I think it might be my new resonator... I was listening to it today... just a random tapping noise and its happening more frequently... maybe it just has to "break in?"
