I don't know what the deal with my tranny is? Every time I want to shift Faster my #$%^& tranny doesn't allow me to shift from 1st gear to 2nd Gear. I have to wait like 1 0r 3 seconds before shift. If it get in, it feels really hard. It fell like I almost going to break the tranny. All the other gears get in smooth.
Another deal is that, even though I am shifting I feel a kick from the engine compartment. It is like the mounts are screw. It fell like everything moves when I am releasing the clutch or dumping it. That is why I think it is the mount.
Facts: The engine is in perfect condition.(I guess) I don't know about the condition of the CV axels It has a new transmission of almost 50,000 miles (my car has 120,000 miles) I check the fluids and it is ok, no leak and no air. It has a new clutch of those from Pep Boys (around 12,000 miles)
Doubts Might be the mounts? Might be the gears? Or might be the Clutch?

first thing you should check that would make the shifting hard is the fluid in the trans. Are trannys need a special oil thats has a friction modifier in it and if you have the wrong stuff in urs it could be killing your syncos in 1st and 2nd gear. Gear oil is to thick. You can get it at a dodge dealership. Its special fluid is made for the nv-t350 trans.

Check to make sure your clutch is disengaging all the way first. Then check your tranny fluid. If thats all good, your 2nd gear syncros are probably done for.
