Umm nothing... Crack that case open, and then you'll have to get a new set of bearings pressed on the top and bottom of the quaife of course... and then beat the speedo gear on with a rubber mallot and drop that baby in. Just goto NAPA and buy a tube of anerobic gasket maker to seal the case back up. I think that's it, been awhile.

There was another cheap plastic case bearing you will probably want to get an extra one of, cause usually you will break it trying to get the case to seat properly.. saved my butt having an extra.

Edit: of course, you will want to replace the rear main seal if it shows any signs of leaking, or of you have the time, cause its like 5 bucks... and pulling the tranny down the road to replace a 5 dollar seal is gonna piss you off (like me).

And umm, anything else you wanna do while its out... like new clutch... new TO bearing, blah blah...

What are the two bearings I need to replace can I get them at advance auto or do I need to get them from the dealer?

It's a cone bearing i believe... The mitsu part number is M04567025AB. You could try going through that Bob Kise guy, I've never done business w/ him but most everyone gets oem parts from him. I think you need 12 new bolts for the diff also, don't think you should retorque the old ones... the part no for the bolts is MM04761105.

oops I didnt replace the bolts wiht my install.. Ohh well. As for the oil you might want to try amsoil series 2000 75w90. It is fully synthetic and reccomended by the NVT engineers.

best time so far 14.3 @ 101.1mph(no traction)
fastest 2GNT with a hitch! until proven wrong...
