when I start my eclipse with a cold engine and rev up past 4000 I have a white smoke come from the muffler but once the engine heats up I can rev it all I want and no smoke? What causes this and is it normal, I don't think so? Possibly headgasket going

HG would be my guess.....check around the back of the head for the usual leaks.
