~ 2 hours w/ air tools. Mostly because the stock one if hard to remove after being on there for ever.

that entirely depends on your mechanical aptitude. if you can weald a mean wrench (and have on emoji )it wont take more than an hour or so. its just removing the stock stuff and bolting on the new stuff. dont forget a new MLS gasket if you only got a crap paper one with the header. you can get away with using the stock one if its in good shape..
have fun

EDIT.. okay an hour or two!

The hardest part of the install is actually the removal of the stock heatshield and manifold. The workspace can be a bit cramped, but you should fair well. Get some liquid wrench! Goodluck.

ok.....I just finished mine today!! Its a pain in the ass if u have no idea what ur doin. The concept is easy until u get down there and see what ur dealin with. BY FAR the hardest part for me and a few friends was gettin the DAMN bolts outta the cat.(IT WAS A BITCH) After we got all the stock shit off it was pretty much a breeze. If its ur first time it will probably take a 3 or 4 hours with the in between of throwing and kicking things tryin to get the bolts outta the heat shield and cuttin ur hands and arms to shit.......USE POWER TOOLS GOOD LUCK

it should take about a 6 pack. Drench those bolts in liquid wrench and wd40 and I can see about 30-45minutes.

lol i did mine with a pal, took us about an hour and 1/2.... the 1/2 consisted of removing 2 bolts, one on the heatshield 1 on the header. just dont be afraid to break shit, i cut my heatshield around that bolt and got the bastard off later. get pissed off and crank the crap out of anything you get your ratchet onto. emoji gl

Being a first timer is why it took me so long.....and all I hear about is that a header does nothin for our cars....my car pulls a LOT harder then before.....my friends 96 mustang gt (auto) usually pulls away from me and today was the first time we've messed around and he couldn't pull away from me in when I was in 3rd from 5000 rpm on....we stop cuz we had to get off and he couldn't believe it
