Well I put in plugs around 8000 miles ago, wana replace them...anyways what I have gathered from using the SEARCH button, is copper is better for a performance oriented car...
So that answered question number one,
I will buy a NGK Copper plug...
Now question number 2, which I couldn’t find an answer for when I USED the search…. Gapping the plugs, What is the best gap for a car with a lot of mods(Ported head, 60 mm TB, cams, etc) I looked and looked I couldn’t find any documation about on gapping…How is it done, and what is the BEST gap size?
If anyone wants to flame, F*uck you, I tired to find it my self….I didn’t find anything to answer my second question ..Or just dont flame link me to the post that talks about this
The plugs to get for N/A performance are OEM brand, NGK #BKR5E plugs (they are one step hotter) ask for them by part number at your local auto parts store (Advance Auto normally has them in stock along w/ others).
Gap them to .050", start threading them by hand then torque to 21 lbs, and your good to go!
