I was driving my car tonight and I noticed that when I let off the gas and the car's rpm slowly came down, it had somewhat of a misfire, I could hear it trough the exhaust...But it had no misfiring at all when I slowly reved it in neutral(I wanted to see if it was my plugs or wires) but I herd no misfire what so ever, or when im driving and am giving it gas no misfire at all, even at WOT….just when I let off the gas and it the rpms are going down….

Any ideas?

Like a pop pop pop in the exhaust when you are compression braking?

Normal.

Yeah nothing to be worried about, mine does it really loud from 2300-1800.

Lets just say this... I'm over 100whp and soon to cross 200whp. Thanx 2GNT! Now if I could only learn to prove it.

yea its like this...i put it in first, give it gas, let it go up to say 3200 (while its going, no misfire what so ever), then let off the gas, as the car slows sown i hear a LITTLE bit of a misfire..The misefire comes after i let off the gas, and the car is slowing down....sound kinda lke VROO-BA-BA-VROOOM-BA-BA-BA-VROOOOM....its not loud or too bad, its like little hicups i hear comming from the exhaust when the car is in gear and its slowing down (foot off the gas)

p.s i have many mods, crower stage 1 cams, adj cam gears(untuned), ported head with 3 angle valve job, header, etc...

..thanks!
