Looks like the bracket that dp bolts to. One end bolts to the block and then you bolt the dp to it.

when I put my motor back in, I think I had 3 left over brackets.. that was one of them.. the other two were the ones by the oil pan..

Yes, it is the DP bracket that holds the DP and helps to support the manifild. It should bolt up to part of the lower coolant pipe as well.

Thank you Dino and Jamesman for helping me track this piece down.
