i want to get the bigger apexi muffler but i heard i can only get it on a 3 inch pipe so my question is can i run a 3 inch exhaust on my gs i have a 2.5 now but is 3 to big??thanks

first i'm goin to say search before someone else give its to ya. next i'm goin to say if your not turbo don't worry about 3 in. you won't see any gains and will more then likely see losses low end with 3 in. if you are turbo then have at it.

if you plan to turbo in the future just get the 3". the low-end loss while you're NA will not be noticeable. you'll feel the high-end gain though
