I just bought NGK's BKR6E-11 plugs, but I've read here on the board that N/A's should buy one range hotter (BKR5E's). Does anyone here know the alternate P/N (stock#) for the 5E's (ex: BKR6E = #2756)?? The guys at the auto stores here have no clue what I'm looking for. emoji Thanks in advance!!

I'm in El Paso, Texas, and we don't have Advance Auto. The only place that carries NGK here is PepBoys. Anyone else? I really appreciate the help!

The part number I have is 6953. That is from NAPA as well. If you go to their online site and do a search under Napa part #6953 they can ship you the plugs too. Good luck.

Just go to advance/autozone and tell them you need plugs for a 1998 Galant 2.4L. These are the one range hotter. I had to do this because the local autozone guys are complete tards and kept telling me they wouldnt work in my car. If nothing else, I can get them locally for like $9. If you want I could buy them and mail 'em to ya if it comes down to it... lol. goodluck.

Thanks for all your help, guys! I finally found NGK's BKR5E plugs at my local Napa store (it's the only one in town, so I hope they don't go out of business emoji ).
