i was in a crash that cracked the bracket that connects the motor mount to the engine. the front passenger side is the one thats cracked. is there anywhere that sells them specifically. and i dont have the engine out yet, but does that bracket also hold the p/s or is it a different bracket? thanks for any help you can give me.

The mount on the passenger side mounts to a mounting plate that attaches to the timing belt side of the motor. It does NOT support anything else such as power steering etc.
I replaced that mounting plate when I had my motor pulled. I think that it is gonna be a bit more difficult with the motor in the car. I am pretty sure that you will have to drop the motor a tad on that side and/or raise it up a little with a jack, to get access to the bolts for removal and installation.

Yeah, I just did this recently, and I just took a jack with a piece of wood on it, and placed it at the "jack up point" on the lower crossmember, and just gave it enough pressure to hold the weight of the engine. Then, I loosened the bolts enough so that when I jacked the car up a pinch more...the mount was free so you can get the nuts and bolt off the rest of the way. The install of the new one was just the opposite. If you don't have a jack..an engine crane can be used as long as you know what to hook it to. Good Luck...it's pretty simple. Torque the bolt that goes through the mount on the body of the car to 72-87 ft.lbs(98-118 Nm)...don't forget to install the rubber pads!...and the nuts and bolt on the engine itself to 84 ft.lbs. each according to the factory manual..........OH YEAH!...you have to move the coolant reservoir out of the way...just pull up on it and it will pop free...I didn't have to disconnect mine.

The one next to the timing belt is the easiest one! It two bolts on top on one through the center that goes into the frame. If you broke the mount that bolts to the motor with those three long bolts that's a bitch. But if its just the actual mount that attaches to the frame it's cake. 10 Minute job.

no what broke was the part that connects to the engine in like 3 diff bolts and it also part of the motor mount the donut looking thing that connects to the engine bay(frame)... the mount itself didnt break the braket that is attatched to it did but it looks like its all one piece.
