I know there was a thread not long ago on them, but seriously, this is getting to be too much.

If my life depended on it, I could not get in contact with them. They have had my engine since mid Decemeber, and I expected a phone call to let me know an ETA coming back... I've called NUMEROUS times and left numerous messages, emailed all email addresses I have.... I understand that their website is down - I even offered to help then rebuild it since I have expirence with HTML and javascript. NOTHING.

Some of you on the board actually know these people, can you help me out here? The motor is the heart of a car, and I NEED to know what the hell is going on. Without it, a car is worthless...

Someone PLEEASE help me out here...

Sounds like they need to work on their customer service n quality control. You should be atleast given an update on where the build is and whats going on. Afterall, it is YOUR engine.
