Ok when I turn my wheels all the way left or right at a full stop a nasty squeal takes place. I have replaced the belts, so I think I can rule that out. Would this just be the power steering pump???

THE SLEEPER HAS AWOKEN!!!

you've got to tighten the tensioner. after a couple weeks of driving, a new belt will wear out and need to be re-tightened.

Give that a shot, I bet that will help considerably.
