I understand that our trani is different than the GST boys, actually better, but how much better? How many miles have you all had on your manual trani (2nd gen) Do they have a trani upgrade kit for us, stronger, diff. gear ratios?

My synchros went out around 65,000 miles. I replaced the tranny with a used tranny which I later found out has 80,000 miles and the synchros are going out. I did replace the clutch even though the stock one was great. I figured do it while it's apart.

Damn some cars are really hit and miss. Anyway 90k on the same stock clutch. It's starting to slip a bit but that's ok I don't do those crazy burnouts anyway. Filled it with BG Syncroshift not too long ago, shifts excellent now! ^_^

I've got 80k on my stock trani. And i'm more than doubling the stock power, more like tripleing. I havn't had any complaints about my trani, if feels as good as new. But i understand itz gonna go sooner of later, so do they have a performance rebuild kit for our cars?

I don't know but GSX, GST tranny's are well....luck of the draw. I went through one about 82k. OF course reason for breaking was from abuse. AKA: Power shifting at the track.
