Last time i thought it was my head gasket, i knew it was blown.. I fixed it and got 240-248 on each cylinder compression. Once it gets cold some it starts doing it again and the smells like it did before with coolant smell out the exhaust.. The compression is still 240-248 and I think i might have 2 or 3 lifters that stick but still work. Could that be the problem? I cant figure it out. I havent noticed any leaks beside one of the sensors on the back of the engine that is barely leaking. Could it be running lean? Im clueless on what is causing it.

could be lifters probably valve seals or valves not closing all the way.
