does any one have these ? With a port and polish of the head and intake. I just ported and polished my head and intake plus a 55mm TB and i am getting crower stage 2 cam w/spring/re. Wondering what kind of power??

It all depends.....How good are you at porting? I hope you didnt modify the runners to much especially if you are n/a. best time so far 14.3 @ 101.1mph

like how much on the intake runners, I just smoothed all the bumps and then got it to a mirror shine

If you decide to port the intake manifold then gut the living shit out of it and polish. When I first did mine I was really impressed. There is no peak HP gain but I got constant power to redline whic means more speed. Fuck the stage 2's just go with the 16 or 18's 2+point compression bump an you will be set. I'd also recommend an igniion AMP

i got the MSD ignition and coil with NGK iridiums But i already got the Crower stage 2 cams. WHat do you think about those Titanium retainers YOU THINK 1or .5 hp from them

Crower 2's are nice and essentially Crower's equivalent of the 16's, check the advanced tuning section for a good aompairison and break down of cas. I'll say it again, crower's website specs for stage 2 are very underrated.
The titanium retainer only if you can afford it, money could be put elsewhere and you'd probably never know the difference.
Ignition amp is nice to keep the spark in the high rpms, like Josiah said.
For the manifold clear out and gasket match the side by the head smooth out into the runners, the lower part heading up into the curve is pretty fat, you can't get the whole runner by hand anyway, extrude hone is the only way to get that. Then gasket match the two halfs together. You don't want a mirror shine, It's shouldn't look like you chromed it, there should be a little roughness to help guide the air into the head, ported/polished right you get a little vortex heading ito the head. In fact we just finishing up doing this a manifold this week.

Crower 2's. I basically have the set up you asked about. Untuned and got the car running that morning. 146whp at around 800ft altitude, in the heat of summer at Norwalk. The biggest restriction is my exhaust. Full list of what's on the car is in my signature, that should have everything on the car at time of dyno.
