OK I am almost done polishing up my head. I already have crower springs sitting on my shelf and blackdog lifters and rockers in my car now. What should I do???? Any other suggestions? Keep in mind I am boosted with a built motor. Also is it ok to boost on a blown headgasket? Its not bad but it is leaking cant seem to keep coolent in her. it has to last me until X-mas break so I can rip her apart.

Um, boost on a bad HG=bad engine, this crazy thing can happen where water mixes with oil, and is best to avoid. Do the HG while the head is in pieces, or when you get it in pieces. It's not suggested but you may be able to last till break but that is also a couple weeks away yet so I'd be careful.

Also, since you're boosted, I'd gut the living shit outta the head ports. Unless you are comfortable with bowl and chamber work I'd say try to stay away, although it will help to drop compression. If you are going to do a mill or some resurfacing, if needed, try to do more so on the decking side (for those who don't know it's where the head mates to the block) since milling takes away from adequate combustion chamber geometry. The combustion dome is lost when milling.
