im doing a complete rebuild on my motor (upgrades for turbo) there is two small oil holes on the front and rear of the block (tranny and timing side)well when looking at CAPS it shows a plug on the timing side but not the tranny side so i was wondering if both holes are suppose to be plugged or not..

IMO he's not talking about freeze plugs.
He's talking about the small threaded plugs on the ENDS of the block.
We need to see pics to be sure, but as I recall, they should all be plugged. The only functional holes in our block are for the oil dipstick, oil pressure switch, crank angle sensor, and knock sensor.
