I still have a rough idle and dont feel like letting anyone rip me off for a computer check right now, but I have a thought and want to run it by you all. The other day while at a light I decided to just push the brake pedal fairly hard, well when I pushed hard while moving in it kind of shuttered, then on the way out it kinda shuttered, only when the pressure was heavy, normal application I cant feel it. So I was thinking, if my brake booster hose had a small crack in it, it might cause a funky idle and cause my brake to make the shutter feeling? Does that sound right? Any other ideas? Imgoing to check it when I have some light outside. Thanks

Heavy brake use dras on the vacuum of teh engine. A leak in the hose would be aconstant leak, not just when th epedal is applied. I'd look more at your MAP or IAC.

vacuum problems are hard to find, it could be a crack in any of the vacuum lines, a dirty IAC motor, or even carbon buildup in the intake manifold.

You can try a can of mopar combustion chamber cleaner, just follow the directions on the can, that can help clean off the IAC pintle, you might want to remove the whole throttle body and clean it out with the cleaner. make sure to use a new TB gaket as the stocker is prone to leaking.

Ive used MCCC a little while ago, not the whole can cause my car just seemed like it was getting screwed up so I stoped, checking vac lines tomorrow and should be testing a MAP sometime soon, might try an IAC after that. Mitsu claimed that the engine was reading lean(even though it apparently wasnt) and was thowing the ignition timing around from 0* to near 100* adv. which was causing my lumpy idle, I dont know its real odd!
