I found out that my lower front motor mount had a loose bolt. So I went out and tightened it up the best I could cause the nut was a little rounded. Well took it out for a drive. Now it seems like I get a hard knocking noise when i take off or when i take off and make a left or right turn. Before the engine moved some now it looks tighter, but why the noise now? Any help will be great. Thanks

Are you sure you tightened it up good, i know when I put my inserts in I had to have someone below hold the one bolt why i tightened the other end or something. Ive noticed some popping noises every now anda gain with my car, notably when going into gear and backing up.

maybe its the rubber itself inside the motor mount. It may have gotten hard and then cracked or just ripped for some reason.
