Ok so in the last week the temp here in Sandpoint has droped drasticaly. My probem is now my car is idling weird. It idles high at first then drops to normal then high then normal. If it starts out high and i give the pedal a bit of a tap it comes right down to normal for a min or two and then goes back into this crappy cycle of up and down idle. Could this be the IAC thing?
I already did most of the obvious checks. None to be found. My boost gauge reads -17 or so at normal idle(while it lasts there).
Like I said above. This only started when the temp droped here over the last few day's. Help a poor brother out here guys....

What range is it fluctuating in.

Mine does something like what you're talking about. Sometimes, at idle it goes back and forth between 700 and 800 RPM when the car is warm. I haven't noticed if the temperature has anything to do with when it happens, but I know why it happens. I have a rich/lean indicator on my SFC - and I can see it switching between rich and lean in sync with the idle speed fluctuations.

Sometimes mine jumps around a bit too, especially when it's cold out.
