Ok heres my problem. i have reground cams but this means jack squat without cam gears. i was searching and this guy has some for sale. if they are for the 4G63, will they fit a 420A? im guessing that they might be interchangeable but i dont know. i need help if i want to get a good deal on these gears. thanks people. the 420a is chrysler based

its like getting parts from a ford to fit on your lexus

well that does make sense but what about this. I was tearing apart my core motor for the rebuild and noticed that on the front of the cam gears it says 2.0L front and on the back it says 2.4L front. Now im guessing that this means the two gears are interchangeable. but does this mean the aftermarket gears are too? probably not but i might as well ask. Im trying to find cam gears that arent super expensive for a 420A. so far no luck though. Thanks. Latta
