#61052, "5 in hg at idle"

When at an idle (900 rpms) my vaccuum reads between 5-6 in hg. When I rev it up it to 200 rpms it goes to almost 15 in hgs. Isnt this extrememly low for our cars, couldnt this be the cause for my shitty idle, and most importantly- HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM???? TIA

---Harry. My car topped out at 140 this morning. I need "turvo." Two of 'em. And Harry, I need the glue to be dry by tonight.---
