Hi i have in my hands the CAI from AEM, I already, took out 1/2 of the airbox, air filter, and the connection to the throttlebody, now im lost, the instructions don't do s$#it and they suck, what else to do, i think i need to take off all of the airbox but i don't know how, please help.

I Yunk off the other part of the remaining airbox, now the CAI fits ok, but whats next, or am I missing something extra, also there are two conector or nipples in the CAI, on in the upper section, (I believe is for the valve cover connection, but the on below, for what is it?

The other nipple there id actually for a Pulsed Secondary Air Injection system. 95's had them, in 96 it was recalled and removed. I don't know why all the intakes still have this nipple, considering the PSAI only ran for one year (on our cars, anyay. Other cars have and do have them.. damn cookie cutter manufacturing) and never again.

In a nutshell: it's there. It's not needed. Cap it, forget it.

Dino, my car is a 95 and i didn't have anything connected on the factory intake in the second thing so I capped it off. Should I have?? could it be they took it off during the production (mine built Aug. 94) TIA

the other nozzle is for naws, i think. just cap em off, and get a breather for your valve cover thingie. ill let da pros step in and give ya the technical terms and reasons......
