I have a stage 2 turbo w/ an upgraded fuel set up on my 99 RS. My next step is to upgrade my ignition. Unfortunately previous posts haven't been too clear on whats needed. Heres what Im getting, please correct me if Im wrong w/ any of these...
Heres the parts that are unclear. We need 2 tach adapters right? Are they both the same part number or are they 2 different adapters (if they are different whats the part number). Also, in an old post someone said something about a 3 bar MAP sensor. Do I need this cause Im running boost? And my last question is that ther was a post that said that there is a coil for our cars with the part number 8239. Summit has it listed as coils w/ flat pin terminals. Which one do I use - 8229 or 8239? Thanks in advance!

you need one tach adapter for our 420a engine. and a 2 bar map sensor for the ignition is 20psi max, and 3 bar map is 30psi max. difference of $10-15 bucks only. Michael 99gs HRC Stage IV 8-Injector Setup 2GNT Member #32
