96 RS with 115,000 miles that the guy I bought the car from said he changed the timing belt at 60,000. The belt has broken and now I have a mess. Tear down as revealed 3 cylinders have bent valves both intake and exhaust. My question is this, should I replace the valves myself, or have a shop do a valve job now? Which valve are better to replace with? Would a bent value like this damage the value guides at all and would they need serviced? Do I need to replace the head bolts or just shave the #7 bolt? I need to get this back on the road ASAP..Thanks..

you sound like you know what you are doing. while it is preferable to have a shop do the FULL THANG. if time and money is an issue, maybe you could try and tackle this your self.
studs would be better, but your head bolts will be O-K as long as you do shave the one.
I have heard the the guides can sometimes survive, you will have to see.
the best valves depend on your goals for the future (stainless, oversized, ect...)

Weigh your options though, shop around for a used head. I know there are lots of wrecked Eclipses floating around and you might get a deal on a head swap. You may even consider a full engine swap with one that has less miles to prevent other problems your engine may have considering the mileage is has.
