Well as of now, I've got the following mods on my '95 Eclipse GS:

4-1 Header
High Flow CAT
Thermal research Cat-back exhaust
AEM CAI w/ bypass valve
MSD coil pack
New Iridium Plugs
EGR Mod

Besides NOS, I was wondering what upgrade to get next to get the most noticeable gains for the $. I was thinking maybe the AF/X UDP, or the jeep throttle body mod.

I'll tell u guys, the best thing I ever did was the new cat converter and cat-back exhaust. The next best thing was my ignition coil pack, then the header and CAI.

But those of you who have done other mods besides what I've done, what helped the most?

Yes... those two, the UDP and jeep TB will be very nice mods. Def. do those two. Are you auto? If so then def. do the final drive gear swap... its a must, and also do the shift kit. If your 5 speed then I guess you can decide either Nitrous or turbo. Witht he turbo Im sure you know you'd have to lose the headers and CAI, but its awesome. Nitrous is also wonderful but refills are gay. Its up to u tho... search the pros and cons.

yep turbo is your best bang for the buck. Even just low boost is still fun.

Who sez FF can't drift?

Get the afx. It took me 2 days working on it to do a 60k oil change/afx install and i spent like 10 hours working totaly cuz i have shitty tools and not the right tools etc. but it was def worth it. my car pulls much harder now. don't expect turbo style numbers but worth it! i can pull the grade that goes over the hill to the next town 10 mph faster in fifth.

EDIT: its aprox 7% grade

Having Problems? Heres my Three step solution to anything 2gnt related.
Step 1: Put down everything in your hands.
Step 2: Grab a lucky strike, Smoke it.
Step 3: Walk to the fridge, double fist some keystone ice, sit down in the shade, drink one beer, finish cigarette, drink other beer, roll a joint, smoke it, walk back to your problem, and in about 5 minutes the solution will come to you.

if you've opened up the intake and exhaust already, help it out with a 60mm TB. the acceleration difference is amazing. =)
