not long ago i gutted my catalitic converter, and now since i done that my car smokes white when iam sitting still, but when iam driving it doesnt smoke is this normal or do i have some kind of problem..,, emoji

Its just condenstation, water vapor. Its completly normal, esp on cooler days at engine warmup. It should go away as the motor and exhaust system are fully warmed up.
