was the motor warmed up compeletely? 27 seems damn high. did u just change your hg? make sure the comp tester is hooked up right, and drop some fresh oil down into the spark plug well, check it one more time _________ 96 talon esi-t san clemente, ca

it could be that you have so much carbon crud buildup in your combustion chamber that its increasing your compression. Hehe must be a pretty uniform amount for it all to be the same.

A cold test would read lower. Much lower. You might just be that lucky, with a very well put together bottom end, or it might just be crud. Try using some MCCC (Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner) sometime, and clean that motor out from the inside out. -=B-=

hrm.. comp tester sees to be good. i dunno what elevation that im at. im in florida so i dunno what it is. i might do another one soon to see what it comes out to again.
