I would not worry about going 75mm with a basic setup. You would end up needing a new mani to be able to match the flow. just go with the AFX.

Yeah unless you are really getting wild with everything, the 55mm will be fine. A switch to 75mm would need some massaging of the fuel system.

yeah, i will be looking for someone to take the headers and intake off my hands...if i can come up w/ about 1k, i should be able to get the kit...i have enought right now to get a stage 1 (or cheap stage2) online, but i'm opting for a custom setup (kindof like the star system) from a local shop...includes all parts, install, and tuning on a dyno. a lil more expensive, we'll see what happens.

but yeh, xmas hopefully.

Yea 55mm is as big as they can bore the NT TB. I just recently had an issue with my TB from howell where i was having idle surge problems. the problem was the TB plate wasn't cut nice and round, so it let air leak around the plate. i sent it back and they replaced the plate with a nice one and now its good as new, only better! No leak, no surge. I HIGHLY recommend the bored TB. Its worth the money! I will talk to ray now that mine is fixed and see what he wants to do. i'll let ya know...

I got one. How's like 40 sound? I need to get rid of it and don't want to rip you off either.
Mail me at Eclipseturbors@yahoo.com
Also let me know if you want the sensors for it too? I'd like to have a back-up TPS but if you want it I'll send it.

Shit is all apart. Typical...
