I ordered the star stage 1 todfay. I was wondering what BOV does iit come with, if any.If it doesnt come with one, will it hiss? or make any noticeable sound? ALSO, whats te cheapest crappiest generic BOV I could get for it?

Yup I can even sell you a modified stage 1 pipe that fits MUCH better than an unmodified one. take a look:


$70 for the pipe with BOV or $40 for just the BOV with a flange thats been cut off from another pipe (you'll have to weld it on to yours). Its an HKS STD, the one Star kits come with.

willa BOV on a stage 1 be real loud? Like some of these TSI's i hear? What wll it sound like? Also what would it sound like without a BOV

Without a BOV it will sound like compressor surge (not good). With one it will be noticeable, people can hear it (some Tsi's with BOV are loud and some you cant hear. depends on the valve and how its vented)
