yes i have a cold air intake, thats the only reason i suspect hydrolock, not to mention the most logical, so my next question is what rod is bent, the actual connecting rod to the piston, and if this is the case doesnt that mean im going to rebuild.......oh yea one more thing, how much would i be looking at for all this?

take out your spark plugs and see if thier is water in your cyls. Rebuild if you want to. I could probably pickup a used stock block at a junkyard for $300.
If you have water in your cyls take out all your plugs, disconnect your coil pack and crank the motor a little bit to make the pistons push the water out the spark plug wells. then install the plugs and reattach the coil pack and try to start it.
