I own a 97 eclipse GS. for some reason it is running way too rich. I have an apex SAFC II install and am running at -21% and it is still running rich according to my AF ratio gauge. I know its not the gauge thats messed up. The plugs indicate that the motor is running rich as well. One other note is that the lights on the Af ratio gauge look kinda funny. About 5 lights light up at once and there is one or two lights NOT lit in between. The mods on the car are : cold air intake, headders, no cat, apex N1 cat back exh. MSD dis-2, Apex SAFC 2, The head is honed and ported and shaved .020,
I am thinking its either a bad front O2 sensor of a bad fuel pressure regulator? I would like some second options thio. thanks guys.

Running rich at what conditions? always? idle? WOT?
My car runs down -30% at idle with cams and the ported head.
And I richen up from there as the head starts to flow.
But if there's a bad sensor I would start with the front O2.
Does your O2 sensor readings cycle at idle?
Do you have any engine codes (CEL)?
