Ok, im taking apart my old fucked up engine ( 130k ticking rod ) and im down to just the block, i got all the rod bearings out and i figured out why it was ticking and suddenly got worse, my bearing just had a lot of play in it, then the lil spacer in between the bearing snapped in half and started bangin around in the cylinder, well, i want break it down all the way to nothing so i can rebuild it, but i cant seem to get the crank shaft off, theres these lil bolts around the inside and outside of the block itself witch is what im thinking holds it in, but i cant seem to get the right size, the 10mm fits on it, but it has 2 much play, and the 3/8ths is just a lil to small, any one know what size those bolts are, or any other things that i should know, cuz right now my rods are just dangling around and i can move them up and down freely with my hand....thx

The outside bolts are 10mm, the inside are 13mm, IIRC. One of the 10mm's is underneath the oil filter adapter. You either need to get creative with an open-ended wrench or pull off the adapter. You also have to remove the rod ends.
There's a specific order for removal in the 420a engine rebuild manual. Follow it.
Once you have all 20 bolts, it will take some force to break the bedplate away from the block. There's weird pry points located on a couple corners, but I usually end up whacking it all over carefully with a hammer. Once it's loose, dont lift just one corner, it all has to come up evenly.
Make sure you inspect your crank very carefully once it's off... sounds like it could be pretty damaged.
