Why is it that when I drive my car I recently have been smelling coolant? The temp guage is fine. Any ansers or suggestions would be appreciated

make sure your coolant overflow tank did not fall on your PS pully and grind a whole through...

I had that once to...What was causing it for me was coursion around the casting were you fill the radiator...the water temp sensor in that casting too. I took the radiator hose off and wire brushed it clean and it help for quite awhile..I think I have to do it again though. You might want to check that out...I could tell by crusty ol radiator fluid around the hose. Hope that help ya.

Also check the coolant hoses in the back of the engine...

You could also pop the hood... turn on the car... and just look for smoke or drippin coolant

yes, check ur lines, there are 2 in the back... one of them had cracked and swelled up at the connecting end... i had coolent goin' everywhere!!! and it's a bitch to replace also
