It's the one used for the EVAP line. Does anyone know if this port carries the same vacuum/pressure as the intake manifold ports? Is it throttle controlled or anything?

I'm almost positive it's the same pressure as the rest, the way to check it to see where the nipple get the vacuum from, front of back side of the throttle plate. If it's back side, which I think it is, then it sees normal engine vacuum.

Normal engine vacuum.. the ort runs behind the throttle plate, and is the reason you can't bore our TB's out much beyond 55mm.. much more and you risk breaking into that port.

I don't need to bore because I have a custom billet 60mm.
Thanks for the replys... I just tested the port and it's just as you stated. I removed the EVAP system and now use the TB port for my BOV. Works great and reduces the length of the hose. Thanks guys!
