I am wanting to buy the 2.2 rebuild through FasterThanYou and put a Stage II from hahn. Think this will get me into the 12's? It says on hahns website that a stock rs was gettin 13.70 from the stage II, so with the rebuild is this a possibility?

Stage 2 @ ~10 psi w/ a high compression motor might knock on the door of 12's. It will take more than just that set up though. You will have to do a lot of traction work like stiff shocks, lsd and drag radials or slicks.

Okay, so this could be do-able...excellent. About the cams, any recommendation with the setup i stated before? Oh, and I have a 2 and a quarter exhaust right now. Will i need to bump that to 3 when the turbo gets added?

Because you are going with a turbo setup, I would recommend the crane #14 turbo grind cams. I have those camns in my car and love them. You can order those through FTY as well if you want to.

I highly recommend a 3" exhaust system and remove the catalytic converter (if your state allows this...) or replace it with a high-flow cat. The least amount of backpressure for a turbo, the better. Florida no longer has "emissions requirements", so I gutted my cat. The turbo spools a little quicker and egt's are lower. Much more fun now!
