Ok...i just got my new engine swapped into my 95 RS and like a day after i get it back...i hear a strange whining from under the hood as i accell and decell and it gets louder when i turn the weel ...then i notice that over night a small puddle of power steering fluid is sitting under were the pump sits...and when i turn the wheel ALL the way over my car bogs to around 700 rpm rather than about 1000 soo heres my question ( im taking it to ge tit fixed regardless but i wanna know ) is it

1. to loose belt
2. to tight belt
3. need new pump

im thinking its the pump cuz when it was to loose it just squeeked alot..and since its whiing its probably the pump moreover than the belt but im just asking to get some sure answers if anyone knows...thank you
