#56891, "I got the MP TB on But..."

I did the MP TB mod and ported the intake mani to match it. I got everything on, and it went great. I started it up and I had a CEL 24 and a idle at 2500 rpms. My Butterfly is completely closed. CEL 24 is a bad Throttle position sensor so I went ahead and replaced that. The idle droped from 2500 rpms to 1000 where it should be but it will occassionally spike from 1000 to 1500 rpms to 1000 to 1500 etc. etc. and I still have the CEL 24. What could be causing this? Also, I am not seeing this awesome gain that everyone is talking about. To me, it seems like it slowed my shit down in low rpms. Thanks guys.

Go down to the part where I explain leaks due to the tb not being mounted correctly.

I installed mine yesterday, i felt the quick acceleration. I installed my turbo and drove it first without the mp tb and then i installed it. It is a big difference, at least for me, my car accelerates like crazy now and i think it does make your car more torquey. I installed some sealant on both sides of the gasket and then in stalled it so i dont think it will leak any.
