When I did my last oil change, the guy doing it said that there was coolant in the oil(blown headgasket). AHHH SH!T. I have noticed a significant loss in power the last few times I had driven the car. He also said that the head could be warped. So how do I know if its warped for sure and would have to get it milled? The car has been sitting ever since, I too broke to fix it, for about 3 maybe 4 months. What should be done to cure the problem.

take it to a shop is the only way. they will take measurements to see if the head is warped. most competent shops can mill the head. there is always a chance of warpage but dont think that just because your HG is on its way out the door that your head is warped. just have it checked when you go to replace the HG.

Also -- head warpage really only happens when you overheat severely... a blown headgasket doesn't necessarily mean instantaneous head warpage... the two are not mutually exclusive -- but you really have to heat em up to cause warpage. Either way, why not just get it milled while the head is off anyhow?? Higher compression = more power...and its only like $30 to mill a head.
Best of luck.
