I have A 1999 RS 2.0 DOHC, DOES IT HAVE A BALANCE SHAFT .AND IF SO WHEN I REPLACE THE TIMING BELT DO I EVEN HAVE TO PUT THE BALANCE SHAFT BELT BACK ON ,OR CAN I JUST LEAVE IT OFF ,SO I DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT BREAKING IN THE FUTURE emoji

Nope. No balance shafts on the non-turbo motor.
