k guys back w/ some more issues......
check this out..
about 2 days ago i went for a drive up to walmart and i noticed at high rpms it made a popping sound out off my cai !!whoa!! and a sudden drop in power..... so i let off and it was fine..... just at about 5k rpms and higher it did this... so since it was about 10:30 pm i decided to check it out in the morn. so i did and noticed my ground wire was torn so i replaced it.. nope didnt solve it at all!!!
today i went out and the damn thing started to studder at wot... and again same thing.. 5k hits and pop pop pop..... no hp.... on my way home i take off at a stop sign and see nothing but white smoke!! NOW IM PISSED! all fluids are good....brand new P/P head arp studs..ran like a dream the last few weeks.... WTF? Im lost here guys so if anyone can hit it on the nose... id appreciate it

coil pack mines doin the same damn thing except mine does it whenever i hit the gas harder and it pops and stutters really bad and when i start the car sometimes it stutters. so i hope its the coil i am ordering a msd tomorrow wit accel plug wires should clear it up i hope.

swaped plugs,wires,and a msd ign. didnt help... but i did notice that i have oil in my #1 cyl. not in the spark plug well but in the cyl itself....... also just for the hell of it i swaped my o2 sensors have about 70k so thaught i might as well....
but same shit...

Take off your valve cover and re-seal it. The oil leaking into the plug well is probably causing the plug not to fire correctly causing your popping.

no oil in plug well... just the cyl.....my new fuckin wires just melted to my strut tower bar... shit...
