I was bored so I bored my TB out by hand with my dremel...very easy to do, just kinda time consuming. I took out the hump in there and took some stock off the shaft, so more air can flow through while the plate is open.
Gains? kinda hard to tell. I noticed a little bit, but not too much. Jut enough to make me want to get a 60mm .
My advice, if you have a stock TB and a dremel, spend an hour or so taking some material out of the TB. It's worth the small amount of effort. __________ Chris 96 ESI 5 spd Milwaukee, WI

LOL^^ I know!
I stripped one of the hex bolts on the sensor on the front bumper side (Whatever that is lol) So I just broke the metal bracket to get the TB off. No harm done. Just a broken bracket. But those bolts are a PITA! __________ Chris 96 ESI 5 spd Milwaukee, WI

That bolt really was a bastard. I just took the dremel and cut the bracket to get it out of there. The TB is sitting in my back seat if anyone wants to buy it..
